Carmen and the ladies at the breakfast restaurant were great. It should have a lifeguard though. There is a strong current in front of the hotel

Fantastic property to get 5 star amenities in Cozumel. It has only two restaurants but they serve great quality food. Service is a little slow but still worth it especially with how great the staff is. Would highly recommend for a fantastic trip with family

The only thing we did not like about the Westin is the food. Very underwhelmed. The menu was not good at all. In fact, we decided to go out to eat, even though we already had all inclusive. Restaurants across the street were 100 times better

It was our 5th time staying in Cozumel, first time north of centro. Loved it! Cabs into town $10 each way, food at Westin was excellent Snorkelling outside the hotel was amazing! Clean rooms, AC was great. No issues Did not want to go home today

Highly Recommended! The experience exceeded expectations. The service and facilities were excellent. All staff were professional and genuinely caring. Their personal greetings and warm smiles made us feel at home every day. The Gaviotas Restaurant was the great start of the day with a great selection of breakfast menu (must try the delicious buffet) and how to forget the amazing authentic lunch and dinner menu selection! Staff was always so attentive and ensured that we had an amazing time every day. The Cuzamil Restaurant experience was unforgettable! My family will be forever grateful to all the special Servers, talented Chef and to the Capitán Don Jorge for making every dinner so memorable and making my family feel special.

Nice hotel. Great snorkling in front. Food was very good and incorporated local flavors. The only downside was figuring out how the all inclusive meals worked. It wasn't until the last night that we were told dinner alternated resteraunts.

Our stay at The Westin was everything and more. The staff was amazing and so friendly, very attentive. Las Gaviotas reataurant and staff was AMAZING. We got to know all the staff and became friendly along our trip. Some names that stood out to us were Paloma, and Jorge at Las Gaviotas. The baretenders in the hotel Facundo and Carlos were some of the friendliest and nicest people we had met! I highly recommend The Westin to anyone and would recommend the All Inclusive Package. Thank you again to the wonderful staff for being so welcoming!!!

The Westin was an absolute dream vacation. The staff are wonderful and helpful. The food is amazing. The beach is gorgeous, while it is small it has the best snorkeling.
